​Your privacy is important to us. It is Thomas Frew's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Taskit.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. By downloading Taskit, you legally consent to the collection and use of specific data in accordance to this policy through any of Taskit’s supplying parties. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

Personal and Usage Data

We collect small amounts of personal data, usually to analyse Taskit’s most popular demographics and provide customer care were they to require it. These identifiers include, but are not limited to age, gender and country of download.

Larger amounts of usage data are also collected and are essential to ensuring a fulfilling user experience across all demographics and constant improvement of Taskit. Examples of these include, but are not limited to; engagement, user sessions, instances of crashes and other errors.

Data Storage and Conduct

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
